We ship insured to anywhere in Europe and America. We do not currently ship to Russia, China and the United Arab Emirates

Shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days during the normal season. In December and during periods of health restrictions due to Covid, shipping times may take longer.

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn't arrive on time, just let us know and we'll find it for you.

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, except those made specifically to order and customized for the customer. Items must be in original condition and in their original packaging. Responsible for the return shipment is the customer, if the item is returned damaged it will not be replaced or refunded. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately by sending photos of the damage and it will be replaced with another identical one or you will be refunded if another identical one is not available.
